IDs should never be used more than once on a page
Update 10/7: There are 3 of these that need to be identified and fixed. Looking into it.

A - Identical 'title' attributes for different frames (2)

A bunch of iframes on this page have the same title attribute.
Update 10/7: The title attributes were set statically on a bunch of video iframes on the Testimonials page. Updated these to dynamic values - problem should be fixed.

A - The 'alt' attribute contains extraneous text (2)

The image's alt tag includes unnecessary language like "A photo of"
Update 10/7: Fixed this on the phone icon in the header.

A - Identical 'alt' values for different images (1)

Multiple images on a page share the same alt tag
Update 10/7: Fixed this where I saw it in a bunch of different sections
